Refund and Returns Policy

At Delyne Jewels, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if there is an error from our side, supported by valid proof.

Orders, once placed, cannot be cancelled.

We only accept returns or exchanges if the product received is defective. No claims will be
considered without proper proof. Please note that size-related issues are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Conditions for Refund/Exchange

  • An unboxing video is mandatory, starting from the sealed package and clearly showing the name, address label, and invoice.
  • The video must be continuous, unedited, and unfiltered (no cuts).
  • Proof must be shared via email within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Refund Details

  • Only the product amount will be refunded; shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Damaged items may be exchanged depending on product availability. If unavailable,customers can choose to wait for restock or request a refund.

Important Conditions

No cancellations or refunds will be processed:

  • While the order is in transit
  • Due to delivery delays (courier delays are beyond our control)
  • Once the order has been processed normally

Exceptions

  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Used products are not eligible for refund or exchange
  • No refund will be issued if the package is lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer
  • If a prepaid order is refused at delivery, no refund will be issued

Special Case

  • If an order is returned due to customer error (wrong/incomplete address or contact details),
    only 50% of the product amount will be refunded within 15–20 days

Final Note

Failure to report any issue within 24 hours of delivery will make the order ineligible for any refund or exchange.
